3Account Registration and Security
Each player may hold only one registered account on bf111. Registration requires the provision of accurate, current and complete information. bf111 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bf111 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

- Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
bf111 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account. Players are required to cooperate fully and promptly with all verification requests. Accounts subject to pending verification may have deposit, withdrawal and gameplay functions temporarily restricted.
4Deposits and Withdrawals
bf111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits applicable to the chosen payment method, as displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the gaming account.
- Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful identity verification. Players must use the same payment method for withdrawals as used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
- bf111 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for amounts exceeding standard transaction thresholds or where unusual account activity has been identified.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account owned and controlled by the registered account holder. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential account closure.
- bf111 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, payment service providers (including bKash, Nagad and bank operators) may impose their own transaction fees. Players are responsible for any such third-party charges.
bf111 will not process withdrawals to any payment method not previously used for a deposit on the same account, except where the original method is no longer available and with prior written approval from the bf111 compliance team.
5Bonuses and Promotions
bf111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
- Bonuses are credited to the player's bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page.
- bf111 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to alter wagering requirements, maximum bonus amounts, eligible games and expiry dates.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address and per payment method, unless the relevant promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering process.
- If bf111 reasonably believes that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of duplicate accounts, coordinated betting patterns or exploitation of technical errors, bf111 may void all bonus funds and any associated winnings and may suspend or close the account.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the game restrictions and wagering requirements stated in the specific promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds, not cash.
All bonus offers are intended for recreational players only. bf111 reserves the right to exclude any player from receiving bonuses at its sole discretion, including players whose betting patterns suggest professional or arbitrage activity.
6Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on bf111 are provided by certified third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness and randomness.
- By participating in any game, you acknowledge and accept the rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentages applicable to that game, which are available within each game's information panel.
- In the event of a technical malfunction or interruption during gameplay, bf111 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
- Any attempt to use software, tools, exploits or strategies designed to gain an unfair advantage — including but not limited to automated betting systems, game glitch exploitation, or collusion — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
- Maximum win limits may apply per game or per game session. Where such limits exist, they are displayed within the individual game information. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at that limit.
Live dealer game outcomes are final once the dealer or game host has announced the result and the round has been closed. No disputes regarding live dealer outcomes will be accepted after the round has been settled.
7Responsible Gaming

8Prohibited Activities

- Registering or operating more than one bf111 account, or registering on behalf of another person.

- Exploiting software errors, bugs or glitches in any game or in the Platform itself. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of a software error must be returned to bf111 and will not be withdrawable.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games or sports betting markets.
- Making chargebacks or payment reversals without the prior agreement of bf111. Any player who initiates an unauthorised chargeback will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation.
bf111 employs fraud detection and anti-money laundering systems that monitor account activity continuously. Where suspicious activity is identified, bf111 may freeze funds, request additional documentation and report the matter to relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.
9Account Suspension and Closure
bf111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in Section 8.
- Provision of false or misleading identity, age or payment information at any point during account registration or verification.
- Identification of the account holder as a person prohibited from using gambling services, including minors and self-excluded individuals.
- Regulatory, legal or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure, including directions from payment processors or financial institutions.
Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms by the player, any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the most recent deposit method. Where an account is closed due to a breach, bf111 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the remaining balance pending investigation.
10Intellectual Property
All content on the bf111 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is the property of bf111 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or commercially exploit any content from the bf111 Platform without the express prior written consent of bf111. Unauthorised use of bf111 intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.
11Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bf111 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable to you for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, even if bf111 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
